No elevator because it was down. We did not get the room requested because the elevator was out of order. The bathroom sink not in working order and shower faucet not connected wall. I am concerned about mold. In addition they gave me signed document with address of another customer. The manager double side prints. The girl up front was not concerned writhing identity theft even though I had address car info and room number of another customer.

The elevators were out of order. We had to haul our belongings up to the second floor. I’m 72 years old with a heart condition, this was not pleasant.
I didn’t understand why I didn’t see anyone there working on the elevators.
