Un'ottima scelta a Van
Una esperienza ottima, l'albergo è una struttura moderna dotata di ogni confort. La pulizia delle camere, molto confortevoli, e delle stanze comuni è eccellente. La colazione, inclusa nel prezzo della camera, è molto varia e tutto è assolutamente fresco e delizioso. Il personale di servizio è estremamente disponibile e cortese e ci ha aiutato per ogni necessità La posizione è ottima per la visita della città Unici punti di debolezza, la camera che ci è stata assegnata, esposta ad ovest, era eccessivamente calda e non è stato possibile regolare la temperatura, per cui abbiamo sofferto un po' durante la notte, inoltre avrei apprezzato che nel bagno ci fosse un tappetino per la doccia che invece mancava. Se dovessimo tornare a Van non avremmo dubbi, sceglieremmo di nuovo questa struttura!

Situation of hotel is good and the breakfast has a good variety. The problems are that there is not transparence with prices the charged us 200 TL for 2 pool bonnet. The staff didn t warn us before. There was a camera un the swimmingpool which could be cleaner. Also the are not price list of minibar, so we paid 120 TL for a small packet of nuts. Furthermore you could hear your neighbours in their rooms so these could be better insonorized

Otelin otoparkı yok, tapu kadastronun arkasındaki otoparka park ediyorsunuz. Yürüme mesefesi 5 dk. Resepsiyon guleryuzlu. 503 nolu odada kaldım banyoda ağır gider kokusu vardı. Yerler halifleks ve lekeler mevcuttu. Yatak ve banyo temizdi. Odada havlu yoktu. Resepsiyondan arayıp istedim sadece banyo havlusu geldi yüz havlusu gelmedi. Odada check-in check-out saatleri, wifi şifresi ya da minibar ücretli mi değil mi herhangi bir yazı yoktu. Tam merkezde konumu güzel. Camlar kapali dahi olsa biraz cadde gürültüsü oluyor. Kahvaltı orta ve biten ürünler yenilenmesi. Eksiklikler giderilirse tekrar gidilebilir.
