You are walking distance from restaurants, bars, parks, breweries, and markets * FREE PARKING PAD (in the back) * PRIVATE ENTRANCE/CORRIDOR *BEDROOM 1 has Queen bed (sleeps 2) *BEDROOM 2 (no windows therefore a "den") has Double bed (sleeps 2) *1 SOFA BED (sleeps 1) *1 ENSUITE BATHROOM (attached to Bedroom 1) with shower/tub, washer/dryer *FULL KITCHEN. This Commercial Drive garden apartment is centrally located and quiet. Located in a leafy tree-lined residential neighborhood, this garden apartment is part of a NEW modern house. The apartment itself is not big, but entirely self contained. There's a private entrance that's accessible from either the front or back of the house. You can park your car in the free private parking pad (located in the back of the house), and make your way to the apartment entrance in a private walkway. There is also free street parking available out front. This apartment is on the first storey (therefore "garden" level with its own private access) of a three storey house. There are stairs going from the first storey to the second storey, however there is a locked door at the top so the apartment is totally isolated from the rest of the house. *5 GUESTS MAX* (2 guest price is fixed, price increases by $25 per night per each additional guest after that).
