Misleading description!!!!

Overall was pretty disappointing. The description and photos that were online were very misleading. Description said upscale Burnaby apartment......it was the top level of a very old rundown house that had at least 5 other rental units in it. The back entrance into the suit was old and stunk like cat pee. The suit smelt like an old house. The ceiling in the kitchen was falling down in one spot. There was very little water pressure and the hot water was in short demand. There was also little bugs ( I think silver fish) all over the suit. I contacted the owners on day 2 of our stay to voice our concerns. They responded and said the property manager would contact me and they never did. To their credit the suit was clean.

This property was not good. Rodent traps and a odd smell of animal and mold. I had to find a hotel after a 9 hr flight after entering this place. Still wait for my refund as I stayed there an hour after arriving. Only to search for another place.
