All amenities weren’t working , which is why I booked. Breakfast was cereal and toast . Everything was falling apart, literally. Druggie slept next door to me, and I felt unsafe to walk the halls. Never again.

The room was filthy and you could tell it was in need of repair. The heater ac unit was disgusting with so much debris in it including shells of bugs. The front desk was horrible not only with customer service but if you're going to smoke weed don't make it obvious at your job in front of clients. I've got pictures of the room and just how gross it was. Not worth the price you pay for the room. This is more of a trap hotel than anything else. I'll never stay there again. Breakfast was bare minimal never experienced that with continental breakfast at a hotel before as nothing was there and nothing kept stocked.

Adequate accommodation for the money
Adequate. Housekeeping was Adequate. They were attentive, but I suspect they aren't given enough time to spend on all the rooms, because I found walls weren't cleaned when we arrived. Staff was friendly, until i had to talk to the manager about some of the front desk staff constantly smoking immediately outside of the entrance/exit. After 3 and a half days of our stay trying to work with them, informing them that i have asthma (and I'm 63 yrs old at that) we had to resort to speaking to the manager who was attentive, understood and spoke to their staff about it. Unfortunately, not all involved complied with the hotel rules of staying in designated smoking areas and one person in particular was disrespectful to my need to have the front entrance/exit being smoke free.other than that, other staff and the manager were helpful, pleasant and attentive. We did need to extend our stay by another week, but opted to go somewhere else due to the health-related issue.

The place is dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. The property states it is smoke free but the hallways wreaked of smoke. The carpets looked dirty and stained. Our room had broken tiles in the bathroom and the walls were stained and the paint was cracked and peeling off the wall. The shower rod was loose and the curtain was broken. The door lock was not very secure, we felt unsafe throughout the night. The pool area was under repairs and there ware tools that were left unsecured. The staff was friendly enough to help with canceling the rest of our stay.

This property was in poor condition. The first room we were given was unlocked when we got to the room, was missing carpet it parts of the room and the fridge was open with water leaking out. Room smelled musty. We were transferred to another room, which the tile in the bathroom was broken and lose and the shower was missing a handle. The entire property was dark and dirty. Most outside lights were burnt out. Did not feel safe in the area.

Not updated since the 80's, worn out!
The furniture looked like it came out of the dumpster it was so badly dinged up. The curtains had a blood stain and the door had marks on it like so.eone tried to chip away the wood at the door handle to break in. It was a total wreck! YUCK! It was the only option or I would have left.

Very Misleading Reviews!
The reviews were totally misleading. There was nothing exceptional. The breakfast was skimpy. The entire place needs an overhaul. The bed and bedding were fine. Front desk person was nice. Hot tub was under repair. It looked like people lived there almost homeless.

Great staff & comfortable rooms
First, the hotel staff (Josh, Melissa & company) are a first class, professional team that made my stay one of the best ever! As far as the property goes, the are working through a complete remodel so some things aren’t what they will be soon (pool closed, some rooms under construction, etc.) but it was quiet, comfortable, clean and a great place to stay for the price!
