It was a great experience, 20 minute walk from Stanley park. The staff was amazing. We got a free upgrade as well and had a huge room with a kitchenette and a balcony. I will definitely stay here again!

Do NOT ask for a room to sleep 5 or 6 people. They will shove an extra bed into a room already too small. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3:05 PM. The floors were sticky. Mold on the curtains. Elevator only fits 2-3 people with small luggage. The box of empty Febreze bottles next to the front desk should have been a clue. It appears it may have been renovated for the 2010 Olympic Games, but nothing has been done since then.

First of all the hotel has some of the best hospitality personnel I have ever come across. And...I have had time in over twenty Countries while still working full time. At present I am a person with a physical disability. The Hotel insured my safety at all times. Furthermore, offered assistance when required.

This appeared to be an older building but well maintained. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definately stay again.

We love this hotel, perfect location, parking available and Luciano, the concierge, was an amazing help! The room was big with 2 queen beds and a kitchen, ideal for our family of 4. we would definitively go back!

I really liked the location and friendliness of the staff. I felt completely confident and comfortable staying there with my son. We like the spacious room and the kitchenette. So helpful! The beds and bath were clean. I gave it a 4 as it’s a little run down but it was clean and comfortable. Bed, sheets,/shower all very good.
