Reserved a 2-queen room weeks in advance. Checked in at the front desk on the day of stay. It wasn’t till we walked in the room that I realized it was king bed room. I notified the front desk of this immediately. After being placed on hold, I was told that the queen room I had reserved was over booked. I was offered a roll away bed for the discrepancy No apology was offered or any other way to make it right!

Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HotelsIt was a last minute decision to stay the night in Vancouver so I wasn’t holding out hope for finding a clean and comfortable hotel to stay. I was fortunately wrong. The Hampton Inn while buzzing with other families, was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Despite booking a last minute double queen room, they oversold the rooms and gave us a jr suite. It was beyond spacious and gave us room to stretch out after a long day. Would stay here again!

Publié le 4 avr. 2024 sur HotelsThe bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Both my wife and i woke up through the night, tossing and turning to try and get comfortable. Both of us woke up sore and tired from lack of sleep.
