We spent the first night shivering because of the cold. The second night we ask for an additional blanket which we charged an additional amount on our closing bill.

Checked into our room at about 10 or 10:30 at night and the sheets/comforter had blood on them. We called the front desk and they sent up new bedding. They didn't bother to change it themselves and made us do it. When they sent up the new bedding, the sheets were too small and didn't fit over the mattress. Called the front desk again and they sent the correct size but once again didn't do their jobs in changing it out for us, making the guests do it. After the sheets were on we realized they didn't give us a new comforter/blanket, just new sheets. Did not bother telling the front desk this because they would just screw up again. $200 for a night and we get bad service, dirty bedding, and staff not doing their jobs. Horrible experience and never coming back.

The initial room I was given, when I walked in smelt like sewer. I would be very surprised that this is not a common reoccurrence in that room! That put me off right at the start of my stay.
I did ask to be moved, and they did without hesitation.
The restaurant was great, although they were limited on what they had available, which was not due to us eating late.

Had a nice last-minute stay and enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Staff was great! room was very nice and clean.

The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I like the room and the facilities. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the Portland/Vancouver area.

Great hotel with helpful service and clean, comfortable rooms. I was here for business so that was all I was wanting, and they delivered.
