Had a great time at this property however the room was very warm. I even turned the air on very low and the room was still very warm. Couldn’t always have the door open because of the rain but this worked as well.

The hotel is quite nice and on the main shopping street of Robson. But most of all are the staff working there. Marco in the resturant, Blanca and others behind the desk, and the hardworking cleaners are what made our stay enjoyable!

Don't be fooled by this hotel. I reserved a Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed, which is supposed to have a 55-inch smart TV screen, but the room was pretty small, even with 2 big columns occupied. There is a tiny TV instead of 55-inch and the bed was not the King size. The worst is that they charged me $39.05 more for any other reason. I haven't get any idea of why it have been over charged.
