Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayJorge was very welcoming and his communication was prompt. The check in/out process was also easy. My husband and I stayed with our teen daughter and we were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in the unit other than to shower and sleep and for three people it was all we really needed. However, we should have looked more carefully through the kitchen prior to shopping for groceries to ensure we had all we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning as the unit had poor cooking supplies (frying pans, utensils) and the oven was very dirty. We did not use the BBQ on the balcony as it, too, was in poor condition. The dishwasher had water remaining in the bottom of it when we went to use it so we hand washed our dishes for fear of leaks. If you don’t plan to cook while staying there, it would serve your needs just fine as the location is close to all attractions and shuttles/public transportation. After hot days, the AC units were appreciated. It could be noisy at times, but not unlike what you would expect when staying in downtown Vancouver.

Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe propriety is in a fantastic location. It was clean. We did not contact the property owner on the following issue. They may have resolved it quickly. We were left with two bath towels for two women and one hand towel. The towels were clean but not dried in a dryer so they were like using sand paper. They need more bath towels (long hair usually requires an extra towel), towels dried in a dryer, plus add face clothes.
Overall this is a fantastic unit in a great location.

We were a family party of 5 adults and the space was fine. There were only 4 each of plates and mugs though which was a little inconvenient. We were able to do a load of laundry easily once we found the room behind the door to the stairwell. Directions for everything else were very clear
Location was great for public transit wherever we wanted to go and there’s a good grocery store a couple blocks down the street.
