Upon entering, you will find an open concept main floor including a great room, dining room, and kitchen with a spacious island. You will have access to the entire house and backyard at the back. The house has been renovated and is exceptionally clean, bright, modern, and spacious. It is suitable for couples, large families, and as well elderly people. You will find crisp linens, Swiss Tencel waterproof mattress and pillow protectors as well cotton towels to ensure you have a quality stay. Upstairs provides air-conditioned 3 bedrooms; downstairs you will find the recreation room and the laundry room in the basement. The heating and air conditioning system has separate temperature controls for the bedrooms to keep everyone at their desired temperature.
Within Willoughby’s upscale Milner Heights neighbourhood, it is a quiet and safe area. Your family will be close to everything when you stay within this centrally located community; steps away from Langley’s core conveniences including restaurants, shopping (including nearby Costco and Walmart), sports facilities, entertainment and scenic trails for walking or biking. Nearby arterial routes and only 5 minutes’ drive from Langley Events Centre and 5 minutes to Trinity Western University.
