We couldn’t reach staff for assistance, tried to order 3 times for room service and finally when we did get through they sent empty plate and not food and charged us full price for 3 meals. We had to again take 45 min to get through and get assistance. We didn’t have bed sheets

Hotel was beautiful and clean, I visited during the Taylor Swift weekend so it was SUPER busy but the staff were great!! There was a small mix up with my luggage, but once it was brought to their attention the staff fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously cannot praise the staff enough, they were great!

Was notified that there was work to the hot water piping from 11am to 6pm, what actually happened was no water period during that time, all evening, thru the night and the next morning. I was offered a partial credit and a bottle of water.
