I chose the chateau for the view but be careful as it is divided at least in 10 lots and i got a superior basement’ i do not know what superior means as it was a basement with no view on the garden just windows for the light from above. In addition to that no service at the arrival, just text after call, i got an email with instructions. The bath had its pipes blocked and we could not take a shower, we call them but they hang up. But they finally came to fix the problem at 9.30pm… the only positive aspect is the good conditions of the equipments inside. The value of money is bad, you could find better elsewhere..

Clean quiet unit and property. There was no AC but they have multiple fans for use in all the rooms. Was a bit too small without a living room space and only 4 chairs for our family of 6. Limited kitchen utensils and cookware as well.

The accommodation was in the basement and wasn’t stated, check out very early and host were harsh, this is a place for 4 people not 6 as advertised

The place was nice and clean. However, it was quite a tight space. Even with the sheet of instruction, it was hard for us to find the entrance. We requested some items but got no response as it was through Expedia. Our room was near the trash area and trash were full, so there was some smell whenever we walked by, plus some cats attacked the trash can, so trash was flew everywhere. It was cleaned up the next day by the host though. Anyway, it was a good stay, just some minor maintenance issue (TV remote was out of battery, or trash issue). We would recommend the place once these issues are fixed.

Stained pillow case, only one used soap in the bathroom, empty shampoo bottle, can hear upstairs in the morning at 7am, can't sleep well, hard to find entrance

So many things to say about that SMALL place… First of all, the pictures posted on the website were in NO ways matching the reality. We were supposed to have a house, and ended up in the basement of this house. Practically no windows so the place was very dark. FURTHEMORE no soap or shampoo were given because it can be “allergic” but at the same time there were dirty used up sauces in the kitchen which can be allergic .. so what’s the point ???? And because its never ending everything was so dirty, hair in beds, stains in the oven, dirty carpet… We tried to call the host but he was not helpful at all. BIG DECEPTION FUYEZ !!!!!

The property is very clean , convenient and accessible to the mall , resto, parks and coffee shops . The neighborhood is safe and quiet.Plus the bed and pillows are so comfy .Everything you need is provided except for the wifi. But we are grateful for this wonderful place of Mr. Sharma . Thank you ! . Thank you!
