My mother and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during our visit to Vancouver, and we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and the warmth of the staff. As a Platinum member through the Expedia app, we were welcomed with a thoughtful bottle of wine on our first day. On the second day, we were pleasantly surprised when the hotel arranged a delicious Thai meal for our family, delivered to our room with a charming ‘Merry Christmas’ note. The hotel also features a beautifully designed rooftop bar, and the bartender was exceptionally welcoming. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from Granville Island. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Vancouver. It truly made our stay memorable.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the convenience of breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the 12pm checkout. We will definitely stay again.

Older room and definitely not 4 stars. Room was extremely overpriced due to a major event. Combined with positive expedia reviews maybe I expected too much. Lot of little things that did not seem to match the reviews or pictures. Room service didn’t pick up phone and menu didn’t match what was online with server shrugging and saying it was out of date. Location was not as good as expected. Didn’t get Expedia VIP rewards. Etc etc.
