The bad part: no warm water in the room :(, and if you made the reservation not a day before - preferably in the morning, than - even if the reservation is confirmed and payed, you will have to pay a one-night deposit. Because these guys live in the god-damned stone-age :(, the reservation goes to Havana, from there to the manager in Varadero. When she/he receives it (obviously only in working hours only) prints it and sends to reception - this procedure takes time, minimum a day. If your reservation is not at the reception, you will have to pay a one night deposit in CUC, nothing else is accepted. Be prepared.
Apart from these, the room was ok, food/drink great, no more complaints. After overcoming the above problems, enjoyed.
