The free airport shuttle and the driver were amazing. They called me as soon as I landed and were outside. One of the sisters(the one who called)was extremely friendly. Unfortunately when I arrived, the other sister(family run business) and some older man there gave me cold stares, asked for my password which I understand...they copied it. .but I was immediately uncomfortable. It did not help that my room was like motels....outside and few studios next to each other. Inside the room there were 2 free small water bottles..which was thoughtful. A kettle would have been nice.. the room had 13 narrow steps going up to the bedroom area. .and the balcony door was open when I arrived. To be honest the hotel was 20 minutes from the airport and in a rural setting. With the stares I was not feeling safe..anyway....there was hot water for a shower and heating so that was good..if you go bring ear plugs.....I heard the neighbour snoring as if he/she were sleeping next to me...so that's it..

It was convenient. I didn’t expect much for that price but i would stay again because it offered free shuttle service to airport and I got some sleep. The only complaint I have is water draining slowly from shower.

Nice country property
Really great property in the countryside. Was out of season and a little quiet but I can imagine it to be full in Summertime. Staff were extremely helpful & polite. Room was nice enough but toilet seat was cheap & needed replacing. I would recommend hiring a car to get around as it was quite remote and you literally cannot walk anywhere as it’s on a winding country road with no walking pathway. The free shuttle service is brilliant and they will take you to nearby Arona/Lake Maggoire for €15 return. I wouldn’t advise travelling here with no car if your intention is to see Milan as it’s almost 3 hours away using public transport. I would definitely have no hesitation staying here again

My main reason for choosing this hotel was that it provided free shuttle to and from the airport and it was very reasonably priced for an overnight before going to the airport. Check in was fast and the room was impeccably clean. The shuttle to and from the airport was fast and efficient.

A cute hotel with quaint rooms and patios. The transportation from the airport works like clockwork, easy and reliable. The shuttle is free!!! And the restaurant is simple and incredibly awesome! Highly recommended!

Transfer was spot on both ways. Use exit 5 at airport T1. Arrived at approx 22:45, no food or drink available except bottles of water in room. You can request minibar is stocked in advance. Breakfast was OK but could be better. 13:00 check out was very helpful. Room by pool was great, sun was shining. Pool area rooms are not 4*,probably motel 2*. Don't be put off, our visit was exactly what we needed and at a good price.

Convenience to Malpensa & value added amenities
Located somewhat nearby Malpensa MXP International Airport & Train Station (approx 20-25 mins), yet isolated from town. I'm bummed I didn't get a chance to go visit to their Missoni factory nearby bc my schedule is so packed and pre-booked with my Museum artist exhibition. I unexpectedly saw road signs for Missoni on ride back to airport! I L U V Missoni, so I must return just to visit their factory next time.. My agent suggested this accommodation to due their free airport shuttle service. I do not believe many hotels nearby offer this prized feature and it is highly needed. I didn't want to get a rental car since I knew I'd be preoccupied at my private villa accommodations in the pre Alps of Lombardia on the following day. The round trip shuttle pick up and return (offered from 5am - 12am midnight) per visit, was a game changer. Truthfully, this is a distinctive perk, esp if you don't speak Italiano. This prized feature adds much VALUE, safety, & convenience to the hotel stay & experience. They use WhatsApp to handle your shuttling requests. I like that someone speaks English in their WhatsApp for your inquiries. For additional shuttle needs, they charge 15 Euro per ride. Free WiFi access in your room & throughout property grounds. Def get your cell phone data plan set up before arriving in Europe. Trust me, you will NEED data on your mobile, esp when traveling! The room was clean and very basic for the money, mini fridge not mini bar as advertised. Shower head not able to stay in place but water was hot and it was generally good. Wonderful free airport transfer facility. Breakfast was pretty good and coffee was great. Staff helpful and we paid an additional fee to transfer us to our onward accommodation. Definitely use again as it’s so convenient to the airport with the transfers included, and price was excellent for a short stay. We found a little newt in the shower which I found delightful, my husband not so much!
