Room a disappointment

The room was not of the standard I had expected for the price or from the photos.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Do not book at this hotel. Absolutely terrible. We first booked a regular room. On arrival we were ushered into a room with no windows. You have one on a ship but not here. So we upgraded to their best room . The whole night road noise, blazing lights leaked into the room and the lock to the balcony did not work. Finally they did not refund a lunch and dinner that was already paid for in our package. There were more issues but these were enough to turn us off. The optional extra boat ride was outrageous ly priced. All in all very bad experience.

Publié le 9 déc. 2023 sur HotelsOld hotel that lacked cleanliness of room and general cleanliness as well. Terrible bathroom where shower wets the whole bathroom. No designated shower area. Mould in bathroom with no ventilation. Room was dusty, towels dirty, pillows/bedding stained and dirty.
