La vue est époustouflante et il est très facile de visiter les villages alentour

Publié le 10 août 2019 sur HomeAwayTout est parfait ici. La vue sur le lac, les attentions des propriétaires. cependant si vous aimez dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, oubliez car la route juste en dessous est assez bruyante.

Superbe vue, et appartement bien équipé
Publié le 1 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayL'appartement possède une vue magnifique et la terrasse est vraiment agréable. Difficile de trouver une meilleure vue! Seul bémol: le bruit du trafic sur la route en contrebas.
On accède au lac pour la baignade via un petit escalier en 2 min. On ne peut rêver mieux en été!
L'appartement est très bien équipé pour cuisiner. L'accueil est impeccable: bouteille de prosecco et autres gourmandises nous attendaient dans l'appartement, huile, sel et autres condiments sont à disposition, savon et autres petites affaires de toilettes sont disponibles dans la salle de bain.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci!

Beautiful Property
Publié le 26 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 3 nights and wished it was a week. The apartment was as comfortable and the view as beautiful as advertised. We did not have a car But it was easy to get to and from the lovely town of Varenna by cab. Marco was a very gracious and helpful host I highly recommend this property.

Apartment was very clean and well supplied. Marco was an excellent host. Treats and bottle of Prosecco gift from owner was greatly appreciated. We cannot say enough great things about this property !

Hoping to return with friends.
Suggest renting a car as taxi service is a bit tough.

Absolutely phenomenal
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had the best of time. Stayed for a month. The owners Marco and Daniela could not have been nicer. The home is a dream. We took morning dips every morning in the lake and walked 2 miles into Varenna every morning for coffee (and back).

Fantastic Views and Outdoor Space
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at this charming property! The views are stunning. The outdoor space is so welcoming and comfortable. The easy lake access is unique and was really fun for our kids. Our family loved swimming in the lake then coming back to warm up on the turf. Daniella and Marco are fantastic hosts who kindly welcomed us with champagne and snacks. We did have to take a taxi to town each time, but the hosts provided drivers we could contact via Whatsapp. The taxis were a bit of a pain, but totally worth it to stay at this property. We loved it!

Lake Como
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayA beautiful house with a beautiful view. The A/C works great as does the W/D. The kitchen could use a few more supplies as we cooked every night.
The photos don't show it but the house is on a busy road. The owners live upstairs and there is a renter downstairs. The walk into Varenna is difficult as there are few sidewalks. I recommend renting E-bikes for the trip into Varenna.
Overall a wonderful place to stay with a small family.
