Nice surroundings but wouldn’t return

Interesting stay here. The lobby area is beautiful, centred around a supposedly natural pool and banyan trees, water flowing alongside the paths. We stayed in their cheapest room which was poor condition but pretty clean. Can’t really complain for the price. The owner/manager was like a movie villain trying to be nice, loudly playing sinister sounding chants from reception. The morning yoga was great. The Ayurvedic massage was ok.

We had booked a basic room. Basic would have been fine, but it had no hot water, wasn't clean and the sheets has blood stains in them from previous guests mosquito bites. We arrived at around 22:30 no reception or staff around. Found by a security guard, who found ua a room before we could check-in propper the following morning. Owner then tried to charge us for our pre-paid room until I could prove to him that we had already paid. Having said that, the posh retreat rooms looked nice, they just weren't available to book through hotel.com. Spa was nice and massage was excellent.

Soggiorno relax

Bungalow semplice e accogliente. Pulizia buona. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. L’area vicino all’ingressO poco curata. Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia ma lontano dalla confusione.
