Stayed at this Hotel before excellent Hotel and Spa 5 stars only a few small concerns, not enough rubbish bins in the room, no milk in the room ! Would definitely recommend this Hotel ! Will be coming back and staying in the Presidential Suite again ! Really good value for money !! Thank you to all the staff without exception !! David and Inga Garner

Hotel atmosfera amazing ,checkin desk lovely,profesional ladiea ,restaurant food and staff member service 5*. We didn't like it spa at all !!! We just did check in and maybe couple hours later wanted to book some massage,face and body treatments for couple .. but was no space for today and next day just from 12:00 .. thanks ,when we will be leaving. Swimming pool,jakuzzi and sauna was full of the people and no social distance! In jakuzzi was like 6-8 people not moving from there for long time and we wasn't able to use. Was chilling in sauna two of us and comming 4-5 people more. Staff member in spa area didn't said nothing and even mostly all time guy was staying behind like pool bar area.Spa desk lady then she gave it to us pass to pool area was all the time on the phone ,for us is rude and unprofesional service. Damped towels,pass and just go... Pool area was fully people how just got 1 day spa pack,no hotel custumer. Poor service spa at all,doesn't treat custumer well . More chance you will catch corona virus in spa facilities.

So what are the areas in which the hotel should improve: 1. We booked our room through the Expedia website. The price mentioned on the site included all service charges and breakfast. According to the reception desk breakfast was not included in the listed price, although the website clearly indicates it does. 2. The spa area is opened till 22.00h. After checking in we went to the spa area, just to look in and see what to expect. The lady at the reception desk refused entry, because she had already cleaned and the lights where switched off in a fairly impolite way, especially as the time was 21.55h, which we pointed out to here. The area should still be accessible according to the hotels own policy. 3. For use of towels the spa charges additional 2 euro per towel, and 3 euro for a bathrobe. A hotel which pretends to operate a 5 star facility should not charge additional amounts for a towel and a bathrobe. In fact, the bathrobe should alreadh be in the room, which in the villa at least is not the case. 4. After returning at the end of the first day, the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed.
