Maison à Mestre
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayTrès pratique cette maison proche du tramway pour se rendre à Venise. Elle est bien aménagée avec sa petite cour pour le petit déjeuner du matin. À l’étage 2 belles chambres et 2 salles de bain. Dans la cuisine il y a tout le nécessaire. A l’arrivée un accueil très sympathique.

Spacious updated home
Publié le 26 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home was adorable and less than a block from the bus and tram. There was a grocery store less than a mile away that made dinners much cheaper! The check in process was smooth and the hostess was very pleasant with myself and my family, even leaving us cold water in the fridge and juice and snacks for breakfast.

Séjour parfait à Venise
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayNotre séjour dans cet appartement à Mestre, Venise, a été absolument merveilleux! Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l'hôte, qui nous a personnellement montré les lieux et a même prévu de l'eau et des petites gâteries pour nous et nos enfants.
L'appartement est vraiment spacieux et très confortable. Les chambres étaient grandes et bien aménagées, la cuisine était entièrement équipée, et nous avons particulièrement apprécié le salon où nous pouvions nous détendre ensemble après une journée de découverte de Venise.
L'emplacement était parfait pour nous. L'appartement est à quelques pas seulement de l'arrêt de tramway qui nous a permis de nous rendre facilement et rapidement à Venise.
Notre seul regret est de ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps pour profiter davantage de cet endroit charmant. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à toute famille ou groupe d'amis souhaitant découvrir Venise tout en séjournant dans un lieu confortable et accueillant.
Un grand merci à notre hôte pour son hospitalité exceptionnelle et ses petites attentions qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial!

Comfortable apartment

The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here.

False advertisement

Area was noisy with dogs barking at 4:00am
No hot tub as advertised
Was not aware that a “short term lease agreement “ had to be executed. Which is a legal and binding agreement. One set of keys for 4 people ridiculous! We would not stay in this Vrbo apartment again after staying in two other ones!

MI SPIACE INFINITAMENTE,CHE LA CASA NON FOSSE DI VOSTRO GRADIMENTO. PERO'A MIO AVVISO SE MI CONTATTAVA MENTRE SOGGIORNAVA, QUESTE PICCOLE COSE SI RISOLVEVANO SENZA PROBLEMI. LA CASA E' DESCRITTA NEI SUOI PARTICOLARI COSA FORNISCE, E NELLO STATO ITALIANO E' OBBLIGO STIPULARE UN CONTRATTO .

A short tram ride away
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was very clean, and it was nice to have two nice bathrooms --one on each floor. The bedrooms and some of the furnishings were well equipped but unremarkable, but only compared with some others we have stayed at. They were good-- comfortable. The tram was very close and the ride into the city was fast. There was also a nearby market and a couple of historic restaurants-- that opened a bit later. Olia was easy to contact and totally on the job. She drove us to the train station instead of ordering a cab.
