Perfect spot and a nice view on the canal. Everything in the room was great, very spacious.

Good location, nice views on the canal in certain rooms, good bedding.
In the 1st floor, rooms above restaurant, a lot of noises.... very bad soundproof.

Excellent hotel! Especially for the price. You will not find a better deal than this. A true hidden gem. Nicolette and Gabriella were amazing. The rooms were clean, the hotel was safe and secure. Great view of the canal. Free breakfast. They have an excellent restaurant downstairs as well. I stayed in two different rooms there and both were excellent. I will definitely stay here again. I landed late at night so walking to the hotel for the first time was a bit confusing. I was lucky to have asked someone at a bar across from the hotel that knew exactly where it was located so I was able to find it. I buzzed the front desk and a nice gentleman came out to check me in.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in at a great location in Venice. Our room was very spacious and clean. So many great restaurants in the area. Close to the train station. The staff was amazing, especially Carla who was a great help to us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great area. Nice clean place. Great bar below it but can be noisy at night.
