The location of the hotel is great! Staff were wonderful and friendly. Front desk Marteno was awesome! Super helpful. Google maps put us in the back of the hotel but someone who worked at the hotel knew we were confused and pointed us in the right direction. I would definitely use this hotel again. Location was everything.

Surprised as we checked in!
We appreciated the location very much . It was easy access to everything we wanted to see. Our room was very clean and just like the picture that I saw in the advertisement. Although the television did not work, as well as the phone for room service. We did not appreciate that the guy at the reception when he told us that they were putting us in a better room and in the side of the hotel that he called the better area. He reference that the other side was were we should be. He got on the phone and spoke with someone in Italian with someone on the phone, after hanging up the phone he said he was going to need to charge us $15 per Person per day for the use of the elevator. When I made the reservation I saw that they had an elevator for us it is important as my husband has a hard time going through several stairs . As I heard his comment I told him we had no choice and he marked something down in the paperwork that he had for our room. Nothing that we would’ve charged $15 fee per day per person. At time of check out nothing was charged as we mentioned the to the person that was at the front desk what we were told the night before. Otherwise their breakfast was absolutely delicious with an incredible variety of food. Thank you

Good hotel but a little tired in places
Nice hotel in good location. Rooms and some areas need refurbishing with wall paper tatty and carpets thread bare, but overall OK. Beds were very comfortable. Shower OK but hot water was variable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location, amazing breakfast spread!
Our 2-night stay was absolutely fantastic. It is simply a 2-min walk to St Mark’s Square, the city centre. The hotel furnishing exudes amazing Venetian vibes. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, providing us with info on the public water buses and route to Burano that we enquire about. The breakfast spread was also amazing and the food tasted really good. The hotel provides a free boat ride to Murano to visit the oldest glass factory (no obligation to purchase anything) and you can purchase the public bus ticket (or a 1-day pass which was more worth it in my case) to visit Burano and back to the main island. Definitely recommends the stay to other tourists!

Such a great little hotel with a wonderful staff. They had a yummy morning breakfast setup as well. I loved that it was so centrally located and allowed me to come back throughout the day to take a rest. I was on the 4th floor and it was generally very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

It’s a great hotel to stay at in Venice, close to everything (piazza San Marco was less then a minute walk away). The room was large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice.
