Dear Guest, please can you be more explicit about the reason of 1 star review?Did you find the apartment not cleaned?Did the pictures not reflect the actual apartment?Did we asked you to do things that were not part of the contract or ask you money extra apart from the tourist's tax?Did you have a bad experience outside the apartment?Did our personnel not respond correctly and in a timely manner?We need to understand your concerns.Kind RegardsMarco

This was a perfect place. Central to all of Venice. Clean and owners were very friendly and helpful.
