Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us, perfect size & location. It was close to the markets, water taxi stop and an east walk to St. Marks piazza. Check in & communication was very easy and responsive! Grazie Venezia!

Great spot
The property is in a great location and made a great jumping off point for our sightseeing. The only slight down about the position was that it was a bit noisy from early morning with trundling of trolleys going past. The check in was very accomodating and easy and well communicated. The flat itself is small but if you are only sleeping there then fine. The stairs up to the attic with the 2 single beds is very tight so would not do for very large people and the attic roof very low in places so not good for tall people. All the people associated with booking this place seemed very nice. We would go back.

Host and their contact person were very helpful. Had a great binder indicating how to find things, how boat system worked, maps,etc. The instructions for the washing machine need to be updated but we really loved having access to the washing machine and drying racks mid-way through our trip. Even had a welcome gift of local cookies for us.

Great location and great spot investigation to stay in Venice. Owner provides great info about the city. Please be aware that the apartment is up several flights of marble stairs so if you have any mobility issues that could be a problem.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was close to everything most people would want to do when visiting Venice. Since it is quite close to the Rialto, it is busy all of the time. You can hear people at night from outside but it only happened a few times. Ms. Tania at check in is amazing. She is very accommodating and helpful. She let us in while she finished cleaning so we could drop our bags and start enjoying the city while she finished veryoutspeopleoTchamazing.

One night right near Rialto bridge
This was perfect for a one night stay for our family of 5 in Venice, right near Rialto bridge. Our host was super friendly, flexible and helpful in getting us to our apartment. We had lots of heavy luggage so took a vaporetto there. It took so long to get onto one and our host was very patient and waited for us which we appreciated as I'm not sure we would have found the apartment by ourselves! We did have to carry all of our luggage up 2 flights of stairs though which would be hard if you didn't have someone strong to help lift (although our host did help, very thankful for that!) We did walk back to the train station over 8 bridges which was just doable for our kids. Such a convenient location for a short trip to Venice.

Perfect spot in Rialto
This apartment is perfect for a small group. We had three, 2 in the large bedroom and 1 upstairs in the loft. It's a very low sealing upstairs and a very steep winding staircase. But absolutely fine for sleeping. And very quiet. 4 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and about 10 minutes to Piazza San Marco. Wonderful restaurants everywhere you go. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the location once we found it. Google maps does not direct you to the correct place. It’s so crazy busy in Venice, we loved having a quiet square to rest in (though another chair in the square would be nice!)

Arriving in Venice was easy, met with the caretakers son he quickly whisked us to the apartment helping us with the route from the vaporetto. The apartment was very clean and laid put perfect like the description. Location was good walking around finding places to eat, and getting to the attractions. places to eat and get café

Nice, clean apartment near Rialto bridge
A nice sized apartment, very clean and updated with all the amenities. We were greeted at the Rialto boat stop and brought to the apartment. Once there it was easy to find our way to and from. Lots of restaurants nearby with the Rialto bridge a short walk away. We were 4 separate adults and there were enough beds for all of us. The Ca' Amadi square is tucked away which allows for little noise at night. Highly recommended!

This place has a nice location and is nicely remodeled. However, it smelled like cigarettes, which could be a problem for sensitive people and the twin beds were awful. This place is really only comfortable for three.

Fantastic stay in Venice!
The host was very responsive and the rental was very clean. We were really grateful for the air conditioning with the heat, and also for the washing machine. The location was great - we walked everywhere, day and night, and felt very safe. The only thing is the upstairs bedroom now has two single beds, which isn’t reflected in the photos. It worked fine for us but if you are hoping to fit an extra person up there, it won’t work. But it’s a beautiful place, we would highly recommend.
