Lovely apartment
Posted Oct. 31, 2024 on HomeAwayLovely large apartment on a quiet street. The only criticism would be the bed could have been more comfortable and the apartment does not have an iron and the kitchen is quite bare. Communication with the host was quick and easy, my wife and I would stay again.

Very helpful host
Posted Oct. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayI love staying in this part of Venice. It’s off the beaten path, but you can easily get to all of the things Venice has to offer, and there are some great restaurants and bars one street away.
The host was very helpful, and offered us some good sightseeing options.

Quiet corner with amazing view
Posted Oct. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayThis was our favourite place out of our 4 stays in Italy. We were greeted upon entry and given a little tour of the property and our unit. The unit is very spacious, wide hallways, very large washroom with a jet tub and two sinks. Large open kitchen and living area with a beautiful view of the canal from all windows! Two large rooms as well as a third sleeping area upstairs. There was a private access to the canal as well. The area was very quiet but close to the main areas.

A short visit to Venice.
Posted Sep. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayThe property is spacious. There a very few amenities in the kitchen. There isn’t a decent coffee maker or even a toaster. The offering says it’s a short walk up a few stairs. There are 47 steps up to the penthouse. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Was read the riot act by the housekeeper and check in was incredibly difficult with multiple phone calls and uncessary warnings etc
Delay cost us 100 euros from booked activities as it took too long just to store luggage
It was not particularly cozy nor clean and lacked basic essentials like towels and sheets
I wouldnt stay here again

Smart clean property in quiet neighborhood

Fantastic location and views
Posted Sep. 1, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were 3 friends travelling together. There were only 2 rooms, the third person had to sleep on the fold-out lounge, so there was nowhere to sit except at the table. There was an upstairs loft, but no air conditioning up there, so too hot. The apartment would have been fabulous for 2, or perhaps 2 couples, though there is only one bathroom. There was no tea towels, bath mats, dishwashing liquid or cleaning products. There is a supermarket very close by and getting to the main attractions was easy by water bus, quite clos by near the Guglii bridge. Just was great with his communication.

Beautiful Penthouse!
