Tyvärr var personalen inte särskilt trevliga i receptionen. Väldigt ointresserade och hälsade inte heller.
Poolområdet väldigt tråkigt, saknas poolbar.
Frukosten var ganska liten.

Hotel was nice and big,well it’s was far from the city, which cost us a lot of money for taxi, around €45 to the hotel, but the hotel provided a shuttle to take us to the city and bring us back and took us to the airport when leaving Venice, the hotel room bathroom toilet was blocked, called them and they fixed that, the only issue I had was the first day I was in the hotel, someone opened the door, didn’t know how, she apologized, the next morning , while sleeping same thing happened , before I checked out while naked same thing happened again, that’s the only terrible fault about the hotel…
