Publié le 9 août 2022 sur Hotels Hôtel situé à côté de la gare. Pratique quand on doit prendre un train pour Milan le lendemain..
Le service client laisse à désirer.la personne qui nous a accueilli n'était pas aimable...
Nous n'avons pas eu la bouteille réservé au statut Silver..le lendemain quand on l'a réclamé ils ont dit qu'on était arrivé tard...on est arrivé vers 20h..ils voulaient bien nous la donner mais on voyage en avion...
Dans la salle de bain pas possible d'utiliser la baignoire en mode bain ils ont cherché une solution mais l'hôtel était plein...

Éviter le 5e étage.
Publié le 26 mars 2022 sur HotelsHôtel très bien situé mais éviter les chambres du 5e étage, on se cogne régulièrement la tète au plafond et on doit prendre sa douche assis ou à genou puisque ce sont les combles.

Bien situé. Personnel accueillant. Chambre aveugle juste des fenêtres de toit (dans un 4 étoiles !!!), Décoration sinistre sauf la salle de bain. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Expedia, pas de café à disposition dans les espaces communs. Chambre infestée de moustiques (en novembre !!).

L’hôtel et les chambres sont propres et bien entrenus. Le petit déjeuner est super bon et les serveuses sont très gentilles surtout la dame avec les lunettes.
L’hôtel est situé près de la gare routière et ferroviaire pratique pour déposer ses affaires en arrivant et même juste au pied d’un arrêt de vaporetto.
Je recommande!
