Just perfect !
Everything was as described and seen in the pictures ! The owner Valentina was very helpful and available for all our questions. She also gives a well prepared document with a lot of informations ( how to reach the residence, restaurant around the area…) The location is incredible ! You can do everything by foot within 15-20min (piazza san marco, rialto bridge, station fondamente nove to go to Murano/Burano). I recommend it 100%. The only thing i can warn you about is it’s on a third floor with no elevator so beware if you have heavy weight luggages !

Appartement spacieux et très bien situé
Très bien situé, à deux pas du marché du Rialto, dans une rue très calme, un appartement très spacieux, bien équipé. Nous y avons séjourné à 6 personnes adultes très confortablement. Valentina s'est montrée très disponible, avant même notre arrivée, et pendant tout notre séjour. Nous la remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.

Huge property in a great location
Spent 2 days here after our cruise. Tip 1: set up a private water taxi when you leave to pick you up from the local hotel right on the water. Worked amazing. We had a leisurely brunch and waited to be picked up and brought to the airport James Bond Style. Tip 2: this a 3rd floor unit so get ready for steps. House itself was huge. Plenary big for 2 families. Great communication and local tips on where to go and how to get there.

A little Venetian Palace
This place is HUGE. Family of four had lots of space. We didn't even use the upstairs area. Our stay was in early July and the air conditioned bedrooms was an absolute must and such a welcome retreat at the end of a long day of touring. Location is fantastic with easy access to Vaporetto, food (simple and fancy, grocery, and tourist sites. Great host made us feel welcomed from our first interaction.

This property was perfectly located, close to all modes of transportation to get around and yet fairly isolated from the touristy areas. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, really an amaIng property for the price and Mario and Valentina were very accomodating to all our needs and gave us lots of great info about Venice and things to do. If you want a great experience in Venice I highly recommend this apartment!

Extended cruise vacation
6 adults ages 60+ stayed. We arrived early but found a nice restaurant right down a short alley for delicious pizza and cappuccino. Was shortly met and dropped luggage off while cleaning was being completed. The location is perfect. Close to everything and easy to walk around. Each couple had their own comfortable bedroom and bathroom. We went to a close market for snacks. Was our first time to Venice, highly recommend. Felt very safe walking around seeing so many of the beautiful sites. We chose to take a water limo from the dock right at the end of the avenue to the airport, was a great experience. Mario the kind man that checked us in made the arrangements for us. Took about 15-20 minutes for the transport to airport. Everyone was very kind, the city was so very clean.
