I felt comfortable and at home in the hotel. The staff were friendly and obliging. There is something very speckial about the Royal and that's why I have stayed more than once.

Very friendly restaurant staff. Reception team efficient and very helpful. Asked us about a ramp for my son's wheelchair anytime we came in and out of the hotel. Afternoon tea was an excellent experience. Since covid this is the 1st place that did housekeeping which really made us feel we were on a holiday.

A two day break.
Publié le 15 févr. 2024 sur HotelsI booked late so the restaurant was fully booked but they made space for me in the conservatory. The staff could not be kinder or more helpful. The food is outstanding. I always look forward to returning.
