Pour : la propretée de la chambre toute ont un balcon ce qui est agreable
un hotel propore proche de la mer le petit dejeuner compris quand on reserve sur le site est un vrai plus car sous forme de self et a volontée ete bon le service non stop de l'accueil est aussi tres appreciable un station famillial tranquille pour se detendre plein de jeux pour les enfant et des restaurant autour de l hotel pour tous les budjets

Best hotel - I will never come again

We check-ed in at 11pm. Everything went smoothly and the woman at reception was ok.
But in the morning, children from hotel wake us up at 07 am. There were summer camps in the hotel. I understand it, but they are not animals and nobody said nothing to them. After all, is 07 am.
The staff was rude (4 receptionists).
Plus that I had a rude note in the windshield to park in the parking lot, not near it. It's not my fault they chose to let coaches in the parking lot. They said free parking for sure, not "park as sandwich".
After all, the last impression is the one which dictate the review and to cannot sleep anymore in the morning at 07 am after a day full of driving and rude staff is the last impression.
But if you can avoid the staff and if you don't find children at summer camp, hotel is very nice. 4/5.
If you must interact with staff and if there are children in hotel. 2/5. In this case, then I recommend "Hotel Melodia", it's more quiet.

Hotel "Yes"
Guests "We would like to check in"
Hotel "Yes"
Guests "What do you need from us?"
...
Service in this hotel is horrible! Stuff is unfriendly and unwilling, they don't tell you anything without asking. We have had to ask for soap in the room, we have had to ask what time is the breakfast, where is the breakfast. What is the worst, they have tried to cheating us. We had a dog with us and we informed in advance about the pet fee. Answer was 15RON, price in the hotel was 18RON. It is small amount but it's unfair.
But if you're looking for clean place with normal comfort and don't care about the service and stuff, than that place is fine

Dirty bedsheets
Publié le 5 sept. 2017 sur HotelsNo toiletries in the bathroom whatsoever. The bedsheets were stained and dirty with what seemed to be lubricant. The blanket was king size but its liner was replaced with two twin size sheets. During checkout time, I had to wait 20 min until the housekeeping department checked the room, something I haven't experienced in more than 10 years now.

Publié le 28 août 2015 sur HotelsOverall a nice experience for the money i`ve paid. Very nice place were to take the brakefast and also various sorts of food. The room cleaning it was ok, maybe a little improvement in the bathroom it will be ok.
