Place was underwheming. Not enough onsite parking to advertise it as such. No towels in the bathroom and we had to ask. Bathroom was very dirty.

Les falta atención en el servicio. La habitación olía mucho a humedad, no salia agua de la llave caliente de la regadera, para una reservación de 2 personas solo dejaron una toalla para la llegada y cuando limpiaron el segundo día no dejaron toallas cuando se solicito a recepción dijeron que esperara 1 hr. Después se bajó a la recepción a solicitarlas dando más tiempo del que mencionaron y dijeron que en 10 minutos las llevaban, paso media hora más y se volvieron a solicitar por teléfono y el encargado que dijo que las llevaría ya no estaba, había entrado el servicio de la noche quien dijo que no tenía toallas en lavandería y que estarían disponibles hasta el otro día. Por último saco 1 sola toalla de otra habitación vacía. No tienen insumos suficientes o no les interesa. Y no tienen servicio de comedor como se menciona en la aplicación

Está horrible, es muy sucio, hay fugas de agua en el baño que se extienden hasta la recamara y abajo de la cama, hay cucarachas y el agua de la alberca está verde o bueno no se si es el agua o la alberca que no la limpian se ve muy mal de verdad, a demás el trato de 2 personas que me atendieron fue grosero y desatento.

El aire acondicionado no servia con el confol remoto que nos asignaron. Tuvimos que ir a recepcion en 2 ocasiones a cambiarlo. Paso lo mismo con el conotrol de la televisión. La habitacion olia mucho a humedad porque el agua de la ducha se acumula y no se va por la coladera, la alberca no estaba limpia, la camarera entro a la habitacion sin tocar la puerta ni avisar. No dejaban toallas y cuando la.pediamos sólo nos entregaban 2, éramos 4 personas.
