We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express as part of our road trip. It was a perfect stay just what we need it with a lovely breakfast. Everybody at the front desk was wonderful as well.

Musty, moldy room that smelled like stale smoke.
Breakfast was great.
Staff was friendly.
Wouldn’t not stay again.

I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed our free breakfast buffet and found all of our staff to be friendly during your stay. I am sorry to hear that you found our rooms to smell like stale smoke as we are a no smoking or vaping facility. I apologize for any inconvenience you had with your room during your stay as all our rooms were remodeled and updated completely a few years ago. Very clean rooms and spotless bathroom! Functional furniture in rooms for travelling and for business. Very quiet and I was next to the pool. Breakfast has a lot of good offerings and coffee all day long! The only things I felt weren't so good was the rock hard mattress and, the heating/cooling unit that had mind of its own but overall was able to stay comfortable. I was there for three nights and on the second morning the smell of the eggs they have at breakfast filled the room! The other two mornings that didn't happen, thankfully. Front desk staff very pleasant and handled a small check in glitch with ease. Top notch cleanliness will be the main reason I book here in a return trip.

I am sorry to hear that you found your mattress to be too firm for your liking and that you thought the AC had a mind of its own.
