Peace and Quiet
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayStayed at the property with my nine year old son, and my mom for a week. Very quiet spot, with a lot of great outdoor options right out the door. I ran everyday, into the wildlife preserve that surrounds most of Holland Pond, amazingly serene spot. Close enough to Newport, snd Derby Line to grab a bite to eat, or go to tge supermarket.

Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayCamp very clean and well appointed. Large yard on water. Holland Pond is very quiet and not over developed. Definitely recommend for a quiet stay. Nearby hikes to Beaver Pond and Round Pond. Anthony communicates well.

Peaceful
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were there to celebrate our 41st anniversary. It was perfect: beautiful weather, comfy camp, and very peaceful.
There was no cell service or Wi-Fi, but that didn't matter. The kitchen was updated, and we loved the porch! Thank you, Anthony.

Exceptional quiet and simplicity!
Publié le 27 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe setting of the cabin - near the end of the road by an out-of-the-way unspoilt pond - is wonderful, and the cabin, though modest, is very comortable and convenient. We canoed on the lake, saw loons and eagles, hiked nearby, and watched stars - days of amazement and calm. Thank you, Anthony, for being a helpful host, and for all the thought and practicality which has gone into making the cabin so welcoming.

Quiet getaway

A week in paradise
Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis little camp was absolutely perfect. We found it to be clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. The lawn, waterfront, and dock were all everything we had hoped they would be, and more. The views from the front porch were breathtaking. We spent the week kayaking, swimming, and enjoying campfires and stargazing each night with our family. We swam with two curious loons, followed a family of links along the shoreline in our kayak, and even had a few bald eagle sightings. This property is literally a little “chunk of Heaven” on earth! Thanks Anthony!

Ton of Goose feces
