Because I had a service dog, we were put in an accessible room. The refrigerator still had someone else's food in it and the bathroom was dirty. The shower was full of black mold and in some areas the grout was put over the mold. The stay the week prior was a much cleaner room.

I'm sorry the room was not cleaned to our usual standards; this matter has been taken up with housekeeping. Also, we never place someone in a room just because of a service animal we do make accommodations to keep them near an exit door. You booked the single queen accessible room and that's the room you were given, unless we were sold out my staff would have been more than happy to move your rooms to make your stay more pleasant.

Not a bad place to stay - however, the location is beginning to show its age and lack of maintenance and upkeep. Needs a good deep cleaning, painting, and repairs made.
