Good Hotel Unless You Need a Large Room

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry that the room you reserved was too small for you we do have several other room types available we would love to be able to upgrade you if we had the availability. Did you speak to the front desk regarding the size of the room not working for you? If you choose to stay with us again if you're in the area, please let us know and if we can make it happen, we'll be sure to place you in a larger room.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel. However they had some strange protocols for the pool. Limited to one hour, had to obtain pool key and we had to ask for towels. The light breakfast did include waffle and pancake but the rest was cereals, yogurt and fruit. This location in nothing spectacular but it was adequate.

Thank you for your feedback, we are always glad to hear from guests about their stay. Our rules for the pool were put in place so that it did not get overrun with too many people down there at any one time. the space is not large enough to fit many guests comfortably, and we found most guest don't stay longer than an hour in the pool. I apologize there were not towels down there when you entered the pool area i will talk with the staff regarding that. again thank you for your feedback.

Addressed an AC issue, otherwise a good hotel.
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsAfter one night, we had to ask to change rooms as the AC unit in our bedroom gave off a bad musty/mildew smell, like it had not been maintained in a very long while.
The new room smelled fresh and clean and the AC was working fine. This is the first time in many years of travel I have ever had an issue like this.
Both rooms were very clean and in good condition, otherwise. Bedding was comfortable and of materials that made not us sweat through the night (i.e., either a good polyblend with more natural fibers than plastic, or were a rare case of 100% cotton).
Staff at the front desk was helpful and took care of the room change at once. I just wished they would say hello and acknowledge that customers are passing by in front of them (especially when the lobby is empty), instead of looking at their mobile phones. Isn't it their job to welcome guests, whether they are checking in/out or not?
Maybe I am the only one caring about such things anymore.

The hotel was super clean. Loved that they made the bed and brought in clean towels everyday. The front desk was very friendly.
Great breakfast. Awesome location.
