Perfect downtown location for Holly Days festivities and close to restaurants. Room was great for the price.

Over-priced, but okay for a motel.

The lady who greeted us was friendly, smelled like an ashtray, was wearing a pair of jeans and a gray t-shirt and didi’t introduce herself. The provided breakfast was hard-boiled eggs and cereal. Coffee wasn’t available u til 7:00. We opted to eat a real breakfast across the street at Amy’s.

Great location needs some renovation.

The building is not in great condition and I was concerned about the light switch in the bathroom being nearly in the shower and it did not appear clear if it was a GFI switch so I just didn’t touch it after I turned on the light my first day.

Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe only positive I can say is the lady that checked us in was nice. From there it was not good. The shower did not drain. The hand towel holder fell off the wall. The sheets were dirty and there was hair in the bed. The staff was rude about the dirty sheets and reminded us that they were an economy hotel. That the sheets may have stains and females make the beds so there may be hair when they make the beds. The air conditioner would not stay on. It shut off and on. The tv did not work properly. If you went into guide it did not come out. Lastly we had to have keys reprogrammed multiple times as they did not stay programmed and working for the door. I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Price was cheaper than other options. Building is old, room was not clean (dirty tv remotes, stain on conforter, fridge smelled terrible, etc.). Things didn’t work (blinds broken, A/C rattled, and one of the lamps wouldn’t turn on), and internet was so slow it was unusable (tested at <1.0 mbps consistently in the evenings). Found a homeless man sleeping in the laundry/ice room one of the nights. Will not stay here again!

I am sorry for what has happend to you at the same time. If you ever give us another chance in the future we are here 24/7 to help you and will correct the situation. As far as a homeless man you seen i wish you told us that night so we can do an further investigation but good news we are changing the locked code now so hoping no more problem such as this. the date you stayed the town are very packed but doesn't make it right sleeping in there. thank you for info we really appreciated it.

The staff was very accommodating. We were running a little late checking out and without any problem gave us a late check out. The room was clean. Will stay there again!

Bequemes Bett, alles sauber und ordentlich. Freundlicher Empfang und ein Frühstück, das besser als in vielen Hotels ist. Lediglich der Frühstücksraum hat wenig Sitzplätze. Für die Durchreise mehr als okay.
