Chambres très basiques mais assez propres. Pas de frigo. Secteur bruillant. Quand même cher pour la qualité de l’endroit

Publié le 26 août 2015 sur Hotelschambre très accueillante . Accès à la piscine du Holiday Inn en face. Le restaurant au rez de chaussé est également trės bon avec un petit déjeuner au dessus de la moyenne. Idéal pour un repos après avoir traversé le Canada.

The property was fine, the service both at the front desk and the restaurant was non existent. Waited for 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up and check me in. They flat out refused to give me a receipt when I checked out. They said thats up to Expedia because I booked through them. I was told to do it myself.

Convenient, right off the highway (Highway 97). Relatively new and overall in good condition. Some shops and restuarants in the vicinity. Less than 5 mins from Vernon's downtwn area. Hotel is a basic service Best Western with basis amenities. No breakfast provided but a Rickies Grill is attached to it. Our air conditioner was not working on a 35 degree C day and there was no one available to look at it, and the hotel was full so they could not change rooms for us. It was a hot, uncomfortable sleep. The second day a maintenance worker came and got it running. Appreciated that, but no compensation or discount offerred for that first substandard night. Not great customer service.

Very clean and we were feeling safe and comfortable. Only expedia.com not honest with their advertisement. Sorry but it says there was a breakfast buffet and pool but none. Please provide a better coffee maker. Yet, we had a good sleep and stay and well provided with towels and very clean. Thanks !

When we were checking in, we believe because we book with Hotels.com
they gave us room right across elevator, so there was noise almost whole night, people coming in and out. Before checking in we asked for room on top floor, receptionist claimed they are full. We had our doubts. She wasn't welcoming or friendly and was kind of confrontational. We stayed in this hotel before and it has change. On the top of that room was very small, tv channels selection is poor, water pressure was weak and there is no breakfast. We are not coming back.
