The scent of the hotel was nice. The front staff woman wasn’t helpful or friendly. Didn’t give us any hotel details, just coldly checked us in, no smile, no eye contact, and when we asked where the pool and gym was she replied like she was bothered to answer questions. The pool could be a few degrees warmer (same complaint from other travellers) as well the hot tub jets did not work and the temp was actually too hot, one woman could not even get into the water, nor go into the pool because it was too cold.

I liked the bottles in the shower with shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Easy to use and less mess and expense! The bathroom was not totally clean, dirt in the corners, a light shade had dirt on it. When we left going in an elevator, there was dirt or sawdust in the corner. A man who entered the elevator said this mess was there from the day before?? Who looks after such messes?

Room was clean, beds comfy. Ac unit was really loud..... hard to sleep thru the clunking.
