Here, myriad homes embrace sweeping views of the trio of lakes—Swan Lake, Kalamalka Lake, and Okanagan Lake. As night descends, the cityscape paints a dazzling vista.
Parking gracefully accommodates in the driveway, but revelry is checked at the door—no parties, smoking, or undue noise past 11pm. The garage remains off-limits, exclusively for owners. Driveway sharing harmonizes, reserving room for 3 vehicles, or 2 for the lower suite. Serenity reigns during 11pm-7am, a nod to considerate neighbors. Parties and smoking are NOT permitted and fines will be given. Pets are welcome with approval of owner.
