Publié le 18 juin 2019 sur HotelsVraiment déçue!! Il n'y avait rien de propre!! La salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée, les armoires de cuisine en dedans et en dehors étaient très sales. J'ai dû laver la vaisselle avant de m'en servir. Le lavabo de la cuisinette était sale aussi. J'ai dormi dans plusieurs chambres de motel et je n'avais jamais vu un endroit aussi malpropre. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit à personne. En plus les serviettes de salle de bain étaient brunes.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location, which is close to the local attractions. The rooms do have balconies with a nice view of the backyard, but unfortunately, they are not well-maintained and not clean.

Building under needed repair. But bed was comfortable and clean. No coffee maker or cups. Price was right.

This motel was extremely disappointed and we felt very unsafe on property when we checked in we were told they do not accept credit card payemnt as they dont have a machine any more even though we reserved the room with a card through your site
It was late and we didnt have much choice so we paid the cash we did not feel comfortable unloading our luggage from the car and dint want to leave anything in the car because several people were going through the dumpster on property in the parking lot the room was difficult to lock the knob was broken and crushed in this was not a good experience and we were very happy to leave early the next morning

Our stay felt like an urban "Survival" episode. Check in felt like a major inconvenience to the woman at the front desk. Her helper escorted us to the room, we almost gagged at the smoke smell emanating from the room upon opening the door. The smoke detector was beeping and the gentleman went to get a new battery which he could not figure out how to instal so he left the detector on the dresser and said we'd be OK. The TV wasn't working and it was determined that there was a missing power cord that was not replaced in the three days we were ther. There were numerous occasions where some strange domestic behavior was displayed by the residents including smoking crack and outright screaming battles between what may have been a drug dealer or a pimp and a woman. The room was disgustingly dirty complete with dirty dishes and potatoes sprouting in the cupboards and stains on the shower curtain that could only be described as bodily fluids. I'm not convinced the sheets had been changed, We had to wear shoes in the room to keep our socks from sticking to the floor. The highway noise was pretty much nonstop but that was predicable given the location. I think this place could possibly be getting some subsidy to house homeless people. Some were polite but others downright scary and sadly degenerate. Toilet sounded like a fire hose. The good news is the stove worked and we did get a clean pot to boil water. Microwave worked as did the refrigerator. Plenty of hot water.

Grounds had a lot of cigarette butts around and many people that seemed to be on drugs loitering by the entrances and stairwells. The bathroom in the suite unfortunately had a strong smell of cat urine. Otherwise clean.
The staff however, was very friendly and the Inn was pet friendly.

This property was the most reasonable available on next day notice in the high season. The location is awesome, very handy to the downtown. It has AC ...much appreciated during a recent heat wave. But the frig was set so cold all my fresh berries froze. The heat was on on the bathroom. The bathroom sink drained about 10 minutes after use. There were no pots and pans for the 4 burner stove, no glasses only mugs. The tv got no signal. You get my drift? We will not be staying there again.
