Nice, not luxury
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was comfortable...after we went out and bought cleaning supplies to clean the house. The resort is amazing for families.
Clay was good about reimbursing us for our expenses and apologetic about the state of the cabin.
Still, we weren't expecting to clean someone else's house before we could unpack from an 8 hr road trip.

We were equally disappointed with the staff not leaving the place in top shape and not leaving basic cleaning items out as they do as standard process. The cut flowers have been a nice touch that guests appreciate but unfortunately there was a full week between guests and they were well past fresh upon your arrival. Providing a $300 rebate was the least we could do and appreciate your acceptance to make it right.

Great location

Fantastic Forest Cabin
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery cool location that has a more relaxed feeling than being close to Kelowna. Amazing scenery and topography makes it a unique spot on the Okanagan. Everything is so close, cliff jumping, paddle boarding, mountain biking, trail running, the list can go on and on. Great cabin with lots of room for our large family crew in the 3 bedrooms, main living area nd outdoor deck. Close to the upper pool and tennis courts. You will get a bit of a workout in walking back from the lower pool, beach and boat slips.

Everything we needed for a great family vacay.

Two king beds, and a queen that is connected by a nice patio that is sunny.
We had everything we needed and appreciated being able to stay in this beautiful summer resort.
