I stayed three nights and did not have warm shower water two of the three nights. First night I did have luke warm water I asked the staff for assistance and they said I needed to let the water run for 15-20 minutes to get warm water. I tried this but it did not help. I asked again and was told I should not expect warm water due to a planned renovation that limited warm water to 30 guest rooms. Generally speaking warm shower water is a basic expectation - not a pay for use premium service Equally disappointing is I paid a holiday premium for the stay. Had I known I would have stayed down the Street a Spring Hill Suites or Holiday Inn for equal or less Staff offered no relief or sympathy. They were unwilling to connect me with ownership I guess bad timing on my part -

Under Reno construction. No hot water for shower only cool water. Shaved in cool water. No hairdryer in room asked for one,never provided. We checked out one day early. We were in Vero for a funeral didn’t need the added stress. Not up to usual standard. Very disappointed.

My only complaint is the ongoing construction at the property. I could forgive work being done during normal work hours (e.g., 9-5pm), but when someone loudly drilling directly below my window past 7pm was quite annoying.

There is lots of construction and work happening at the property. The pool was closed and I had been looking forward to using it. I was not given any heads-up about any of this, and was very disappointed when they told me I could not use the pool. Also, there were staff members vaping near the hotel front doors.

NOBODY ever mentioned the large amount of renovations going on. The pool had lots of tiny pieces of Styrofoam from the work being done so NOT really usable! I took pictures of all the outdated and rusted trash cans, furniture and no towel racks! Only hooks for towels which keeps the dampness in.
