Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsUn des plus beaux hotels que nous ayons faits lors de notre séjour en Floride: chambre double avec canapé et cuisine totalement équipée ( et avec de la vaisselle), l ensemble est tres propre, la décoration est moderne et les rangements nombreux. Le petit dejeuner est très copieux et varié. un vrai effort est fait pour utiliser de la vaisselle réutilisable et les produits dans la salle de bains sont tous en flacon pompe, bravo! Literie très confortable.

Good clean properly. Has suite facilities tthat not really neeeded in our. Case but very goood room facilitates

We evacuated to Vero Beach because hurricane Milton. The accommodations were perfect as they are pet friendly. The staff was so accommodating and tried to make us comfortable during a very stressful time. The room was very adequate and we were amazed we had practically a full kitchen. I would not hesitate to stay at a Home 2 Suites again.

After recent stay, noticed $35 charge after check out. Was charged for towels they claim were missing. We did not take any towels from the hotel. The manager, Hector, refused to remove the charge. No guest of a Hilton property should have to count the towels at check-in. Will never stay there again!

The room comes with a set number of towels and even the ones requested during the stay are counted towards the number in the room. This is checked after check-out by our housekeeping team to ensure they are still present. We understand your frustration, but this is not common at our location and due to some taking advantage of the system, we are forced to stick to our policy. Very happy with my stay. Really nice room with full kitchen. Close to everything so very convenient. I will stay there again and recommend it highly.
