Luxury Getaway

Comfortable beds, abundant linens, towels, shampoo/cond/soap, k cups, utensils, trash bags, tissues, TP, paper towels, etc.
Great communication.
I would highly recommend!

Great location….but!
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayBrooken/rusted sliding glass door screens in all living areas including …. master bedroom -which had no screen!! inoperable fireplace (dismantled on purpose) in living room…. 2/3 bathroom toilets stopped working after 2days…..tv’s with multiple remotes and NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use them properly. Overall beautiful home that needs some work!! Probably won’t stay here again tho, too many steps between floors!! If your mobility is an issue

Regarding the sliding glass door screens, we understand your concern. We did inform you prior to your arrival that they would be installed on the day you checked in, and they were completed as planned, which you had previously agreed was acceptable. Nonetheless, we recognize how these details can impact your experience, and we’re glad to report that the screens have been fully replaced.
We apologize for the issues with the bathroom toilets; unfortunately, this was not brought to our attention during your stay. Our team has since conducted a full inspection and completed all necessary repairs. As for the TVs, we’re sorry this caused confusion. Once you informed us of the issue / confusion, we promptly sent someone to assist you in person and even provided a new Roku stick to make things simpler and reimbursed you $400 the inconvenience.
We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beauty of the home, but we understand that the stairs may not be suitable for everyone, particularly those with mobility concerns. We always aim to accurately describe the layout in our listing, and we will ensure this aspect is emphasized more clearly.

Disappointed on Vero Beach
Publié le 13 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayTo begin with we were given wrong entree codes, and unfortunately for us we countered very cool weather, requiring heat. There was NO heat in master bedroom, as after pleading with the property manager, not the owner, we finally got a service call on the HVAC after two days and he found the heating element burned out. After checking the real estate records, this house is 20 years old don’t let photos fool you. The home also listed on at Abnb at $100 cheaper than we paid at VRBO. The management looks to cater to very short term rentals. The bedding was very tired. BTW property manger could have offered to house sit waiting for HVAC service instead of us having to wait around and wasting our valuable time in Vero.

Friends trip

It is beautiful, spacious, and steps to the beach! Love the laid back atmosphere of the area and privacy of the beach! Jared was easy to get a hold of and attentive to our needs!

Amazing Getaway
