An excellent welcome at the hotel. Detailed information was given at the hotel about sites and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff are very pleasant. Would love to stay again.

The hotel was located in a perfect spot, close to the train and close to the city center with lots of restaurant choices. Very walkable. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff was helpful in directions and restaurant suggestions. As a solo traveler, it was much appreciated!

The room was quite spacious, which is a rarity in Europe although poorly lit. However, the bathroom cinfiguratoon was the most tragic part of this hotel as shower was minute despite the bathroom being massive and filled with mold which was awful.

Great stay!
The staff were friendly. They gave us umbrellas for the rain, gave us change when we needed it, served us cappuccino for the extensive, delicious breakfast that was included and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Our room was also cleaned every day.

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and OMG the breakfast was AMAZING!! So easy to walk everywhere and all the sites, but not so close that you’d be disturbed at night. The only thing I missed was an English TV channel that wasn’t the news - over 500 tv channels but all were in Italian other than two news channels.
