Very accommodating staff. Tried extremely hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was great. Room was clean and roomy.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast and fantastic staff. The shower was a little small but the rest of the room was gorgeous

Great hotel in great location. Walkable to train station and Verona.
Hotel certainly lives up to its name in decor - it really is a gem!
Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
