Lovely property. Very convenient to the town centre yet quiet in the evenings.
Our room (Carmen) was very nice for a 3 night stay with some kitchen facilities and a lovely bathroom.
The manager(?) Mattea couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
Would definitely stay again next time we are in Verona.

Mattea is the most fantastic host. Communication was really easy and she is so helpful. The apartment was lovely - great facilities, beautifully decorated and very close to the Duomo, Arena, shopping and restaurants!

Extremely friendly staff and elegant and spacious accommodation. A nice alternative to the typical hotels in this historic and quite part of Verona

Wonderful facility and wonderful service from the team and especially Matea I do however have a few recommendations
I think at this price level the room should be clean daily
I didn’t like the pillows at all they are like a balloon
Other than that I think it’s a wonderful authentic spot in the heart of Verona

Since we are not a hotel, but a Residence with apartments, according to Italian law we cannot provide cleaning service during the stay, but we try to do it for free once a week. In your case, for 2 nights, was not possible.We apologise if the pillows did not meet your expectations; we will certainly take your comments into consideration to improve our guest experience.
