Excelente localización

El B&B tiene sus pros y contras: Pros: el servicio y la amabilidad del dueño y su mamá. Son excelentes y serviciales. Tambien la localizacion es excelente. Contras: la habitación con baño turco es muy pequeña. Hay que solicitar enciendan el sauna cada vez que se va a utilizar. No tiene ascensor, por lo que si tiene maletas pesadas podría ser un inconveniente.

Jättemysigt ställe, vi trivdes jättebra och värden Andrea var toppen! Kommer gärna tillbaka hit. B&b ligger väldigt bra geografisk.

Don't believe 9 points on Booking!

They took 10 euro for parking when it was said free parking! Terrible noise - it feels like you sllep on the street. Bathroom with clear glass looking into bedroom! Should I ask my daughter to wake up and leave the bedroom if I want to take shower? No privacy - people from the strret can look inside. I do want my money back!

Only one word: never happened to have to call police due to the fraudolent behavior of this e persons, trying to take advantage by their threats!! Hoping Expedia will notice to other structures their names. Bathroom is obviously closed slot, so the apartment and the Bedrooms. We cannot think about this person making shower at the presence of his daughter, sleeping in the other room!!!!!

A big kitchen. Bathroom ok. Bedroom ok. No English spoken, but a wonderfull elderly couple. A balcony 😊

Don’t be like us and ignore the odd bad review.... We arrived in our very small room....thenlocation was fine and only a short 15 minute walk across one of the bridges to get to the centre. Breakfast is not on site but only a 5 minute walk. So..the bad bits....a concern with this property is the stairs. They are stone, when wet they are slippery (following rain) and the handrail is partly obstructed by a large plant where the stairs curve right. My wife slipped on these steps and was injured to the point we had to curtail the trip. Whilst Expedia response was excellent, the ‘owner/landlord’ showed no concern or empathy at all. He told us to get a taxi at our expense to local accident and emergency for a free examination to help with his insurance claim. We spent 30 EUR on fares, found out the waiting time would have meant we missed our earlier return flights and it would have cost money to be seen. When I got back to the hotel and explained this and asked at least for the taxi to be refunded he refused and argued with me. Appallingly he refused to move the obstruction on the stairs. Whilst he has made contact since we have returned to inform me he has opened an insurance claim, he already informed me when there, that no Italian report means there is little chance of a refund. In summary, 250 EUR extra, a wife who has seen 3 healthcare practitioners in a week, and a landlord that doesn’t care. Stay there at your own risk.

Expedia and police department are monitoring the matter about the guests which ask us money by cash and to be paid twice the value of the booking including flight and a limousine (instead of taxi) that they booked to go to the airport (they believe the insurance will pay extra costs too!!!). So staying in our location, they'd like to come back with earning 300 euro. Insurance claim opened but they still don't give any documentation about such illness or imaginary demage. Never happened in 20 years of activity!!!!
