Very friendly front staff. We traveled with a puppy. Rooms were fully equipped. Never had to ask for anything Comfy spacious beds

Stayed there several weekends visiting my daughter. Very accommodating

Overall the stay was good. They do need to update the WiFi. It was terrible. Also, there were no USB ports.
The front desk staff was great. Very friendly and immediately took care of any needs we may have had.
They do allow pets but the renter next to us went to work every day at 6:30 and left their dog in the room. It barked all day long

Our check went smooth, staff was friendly. Our room was clean and had all we needed. Our daughter is starting college in the area and we anticipate more stays at Candlewood.

We chose this property because it is conveniently located to Binghamton University, which we were visiting. There are tons of quick affordable dining options immediately in the area of the hotel. I do wish the hotel had some sort of complimentary breakfast option, though there are plenty of restaurants to purchase breakfast at locally. The staff member at the desk when we arrived and left was very nice. I enjoyed the gym as well. I will say our room felt and smelled very damp though the room overall was clean. I assumed due to some moisture/humidity issue, the door to our room was hard to open and the door to the bathroom was very hard to shut as well. There were tons of spider webs all over the upper parts of the walls and corners in both the room and the bathroom which were surprising, led to us having to kill a big spider. We liked having the kitchenette which included a full-size fridge and freezer that kept quite cold and dishes as well. Overall not a bad place to stay.
