Beautiful apartment located on the second and last floor of a character villa in veulettes sur mer, family seaside resort.
It has a large furnished terrace with sea view and full view of the village. Access is by an external staircase which is an element of the architectural heritage of the coast. the villa benefits from a wooded and preserved garden.
The complex is located 200m from the promenade promenade on the Albatre coast.
incomparable light, hiking and water sports will offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Appartment is very tidy, close to the sea and the terrace has a great view. Town has a small shop, 5 restaurants and a casino. Within a 10 minute drive you will find a Carrefour and a town with all facilities you could need during your vacation.

This is a great little apartment in a lovely little seaside town.
We stayed here for 10 days in August 2016. It's a great little apartment. Lovely sunny terrace. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen was really well equipped, with everything you could need. The terrace gives some private outside space with a view over the trees to the sea. Maxence was a great host, very helpful and friendly. Made sure we were comfortable and found us some deck chairs for sitting in the garden. He also supplied plenty of towels and all linen for the beds. It's about a 5 minute walk down to the beech and the restaurants - all of which were good and all have childrens menus. There's a bakery in the town and a small supermarket - which isn't that well stocked, so we used 2 that are about 10 mins drive away - one in Canx Barville and the other on the way into St Valery en Caux. There's mini golf, tennis courts and a sandy play park for kids to enjoy in the town. There's also other children's activities on the seafront in St Valery en Caux - about 10 mins away. We also spent a day at Lac du Caniel, around 15 mins away - which is a water sports park, with lots of other activities for kids. The town had it's summer festival when we were there and although we missed the day activities because we were in Paris (which is a straight forward 2 1//2 hour drive) we very much enjoyed the evening concerts and fireworks. We had a great holiday in this part of Normandy and would definitely recommend this property to others.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage
Die Lage dieser Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist unübertroffen. Von der schönen Dachterrasse aus sieht man das Meer und zur Strandpromenade ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, das Haus steht mitten in einem blühenden Garten, die Fotos aus dem Inserat sprechen für sich. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir uns hier drei Wochen lang trotz des nicht immer idealen Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Ruhige, erholsame Tage in der Normandie
Alles war super, Empfang und Vermieter sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr schön und authentisch, mit herrlichem Garten, der Balkon groß und uneinsehbar, neue Gartenmoebel. Besonders toll ist auch die Lage, zu Fuß zum Strand und in einen kleinen Laden und zu den Restaurants. Gute Lage für die Ausflüge an der Küste!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft :)
Wir verbrachten eine Woche Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr ruhig, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Garten. Zum sehr schönen Hafen/Strand sind es wie beschrieben nur 200 m. Dort konnten wir auch unser frisches Baguette zum Frühstück kaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

tolle Unterkunft in super Lage
Beschreibung und Fotos passen und sind sehr ausdruckstark, weshalb ich mir die Beschreibung spare. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber funktional und geschmackvoll. Sie ist soweit vollständig, es fehlt allenfalls ein großer Topf für Pasta o.ä. Wer wie wir viel selbst kocht, dem sei (wie in den meisten Ferienhäusern) empfohlen, scharfe Messer, eine Pfeffermühle und einen Grundstock an Gewürzen/Kräutern mitzubringen. Am Strand gibt es jeden Morgen fangfrischen Fisch für kleines Geld. Außerdem gibt es einen großen Supermarkt (Leclerc) keine 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort gibt's günstig und gut Baguette, Fisch (super Fischabteilung), Käse und Pâtisserie. Es sind zwar eher 400m zum Strand, ist aber trotzdem ein Katzensprung. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert schnell, wenn was sein sollte. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist in Blüten und riesige Bäume gehüllt. Danke Maxence und gerne wieder!

Die FeWo ist große klasse und entspricht exakt der Darstellung. Der Vermieter reagiert umgehend auf alle Mails und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wohnung, Lage und Vermieter sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, also in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne. Der Ort Veulettes sur Mer ist ein ruhiger und schöner Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Alabasterküste und einen Besuch in Rouen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft zum Entspannen
Tolle Wohnung, oberhalb vom Strand, mit allem was man braucht. Große Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick aufs Meer. Wohnung liegt genau wie beschrieben nur 200 Meter bis zur Promenade, den Restaurants und der Einkaufsmöglichkeit in einem kleinen Minimarket. Wir haben uns herrlich erholt. Auf jeden Fall lohnenswert. Gerne immer wieder.

Beste Lage !
Gute Wohnung, beste Lage, komplette Ausstattung. Qualität der Einrichtungsgegenstände eher schlicht, z. B. Gartenstühle am Eßtisch, sehr einfache Küchenmöbel. Dennoch weiter zu empfehlen !
